2018 School Satisfaction Surveys

Parents and carers, school staff and students (in years 5 to 12) are being  asked to participate in these important surveys. The survey results will contribute to school research and improvement processes. The survey results will also be used in public interest research projects and longitudinal studies aimed at improving the quality of services in the ACT. No personal information will be provided to any school or college. The survey will take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete and will be open until 3 September 2018.  The survey includes questions on general satisfaction together with the school climate module. This module is part of a longitudinal study being conducted in partnership with researchers at the Australian National University. The Australian National University and the Education Directorate will handle all personal information in accordance with the Territory Privacy Principles set out in the Information Privacy Act 2014. Details about how personal information is stored and used are available in our Privacy Policy (available at  The key ACT results from the 2017 School Satisfaction Surveys have been published on the Education Directorate website (


Access to the survey is through a website link or a QR code which is sent home to families by the school.  Each family receives a reference no to use when completing the survey.  It can also be accessed here by using the link or code below.

Information Session and Open Morning

Our Information session and Open Morning will be held on Thursday, 31st May 2018 and we would love you to join us to find out more about North Ainslie Primary School.


Please join us for a 9.15am start, in our hall, where our Student Leaders will be our Masters of Ceremony while we share information about our programs and practices and how our school works as part of the International Baccalaureate.  After the Information Session, you will be able to visit classrooms and see the learning in action with guided tours from our Student Leaders and Leadership Team.

Stationery Packs 2018

Stationery Packs for 2018

This year we will be using OfficeMax for our stationery packs as will all ACT public schools. All ordering of book packs will be online only and must be paid for by PayPal, Visa or MasterCard at the time of ordering.

All orders must be placed by 17th December 2017.  All packs will be delivered directly to the school and will be distributed to classes prior to the commencement of the school year.

Watch out for the North Ainslie student who became a new champion on the Maths Builder website! He earned our school some new resources.

Soccer Success!
It was wonderful to hear of the success of the North Ainslie students who represented our school at the ACT PSSA Soccer competition on May 29th. The girl's team won the tournament and a North Ainslie student also won the sportsmanship award.
